Delivery
We work with preferred and trusted courier services to safely deliver your wine to you. Depending on your location, this is either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
Each wine delivery can be tracked, so if required, we can locate your wine delivery quickly and easily, giving you total peace of mind.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a guide, the following delivery times apply:
Metropolitan areas: 3 working days
Country areas: 5 working days
Please allow two days to dispatch an order to you, before the delivery time is effective. This gives us time to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee your delivery times. They are only estimates based on the couriers' delivery times, and do not include weekends or public holidays as well as any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If you have any questions or concerns about delivery of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Delivery Address
When ordering please provide specific delivery instructions for the courier, e.g. "if not at home leave wine on door step".
However if you know you are not going to be home during the day it is preferable that you make alternative delivery arrangements, eg. arrange for delivery to a friend, relative or neighbour; or get the wine delivered to your work. That way you will have total piece of mind that your wine will arrive safely.
Delivery Charges
Non-Members pay a flat fee of $20 per order.
Members pay freight on first case only per order. Subsequent cases per order are freight free.

Returns Policy
Peter R. Brown Family Vineyards accept returns from our customers provided the following guidelines are met;
The customer must contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of the delivery and supply relevant information so that we may assess your concern.
Upon confirmation from us for the return, the customer will then take their order to their local Australia Post office and return using our reply paid address.
The goods must be in good order and have the membership details clearly marked on the carton.
Upon receipt and validation of returned goods to Peter R Brown Family Vineyards, the customer’s account will be credited or a new order issued.
Undeliverable Wines
If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable by the assigned carrier, they will advise Peter R. Brown Family Vineyards, who will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged Goods
Wine will not be delivered to you if it is damaged in transit. Carriers are instructed not to deliver damaged goods but to return immediately to Peter R Brown Family Vineyards for re-dispatch. Customers are then advised of the damage and delay.
