Jones Winery & Restaurant

Winemaker Mandy Jones, a graduate from Corson Bleu in Paris has recruited head chef Briony Bradford to lead the kitchen. The menu is inspired by French cuisine and technique and is focused on local seasonal produce with a "nose to tail" philosophy.

 

Scion Wine

Rowly and Sally Milhinch makes some interesting wines with flavour profiles. My favourite wine is the PRC chardonnay which is a project Rowly has concocted with two winemakers. The fruit was sourced from one of the country's most revered plantings of chardonnay: the Yarra Valley's Lusatia Park Vineyard.

 

Rutherglen Berkshire Pork

Producers of heritage breed Berkshire pork. These pigs are farmed in an ethical and humane manner and live a free-range life. Berkshire pork is known for its full depth of flavour, marbling, texture, juiciness and tenderness of the meat.

 

Bridge Road Brewers

Bridge Road Brewers was conceived in 2004-05 and from humble beginnings, it has become one of Australia's leading craft breweries. With a fantastic range of beers all brewed on-site and beautiful thin crust pizza, this is a favourite with our staff.

 

Reed and Co Distillery

Hamish Nugent and Rachel Reed opened the distillery in 2017 to concentrate on their delicious Remedy gin. They still offer fantastic locally sourced food, thoughtfully cooked and their solid fule grill and oven.

 

Empire Hotel

This beautiful old country pub, dating from the 1870s, has been recently renovated. It boasts a great selection of local beers and wines and a cracking bar menu. There is also a restaurant in the evening with an interesting and eclectic menu.
