"Readers joined us for a beachside feast at Queensland's hottest seafood restaurant, Simon Gloftis' The Fish House. Head chef Mike Watts (pictured top left with delicious, food director Valli Little) prepared a five-course sharing menu, including pan-seared scallops wth baby leek, chargrilled yabbies with spaghetti and bug meat, and a tangy lemon tart to finish.
