HIP SIP MUSCAT COCKTAIL RECIPES

 

THE MODERN 

Ingredients

30ml HIP SIP Muscat

Large ice blocks 

30ml gin

1 lime

Pineapple juice 

 

Method

  1. Put ice in a tumbler glass and pour in HIP SIP Muscat and gin.
  2. Squeeze in a slice of lime, then top with pineapple juice.
  3. Muddle together and garnish with a couple of lime wedges. 

 

 

SANGRIA

Ingredients 

60ml HIP SIP Muscat

2 handfuls of ice

Sliced orange, berries and apples 

2 cinnamon sticks 

750ml shiraz

 

Method

  1. Add sliced fruits and HIP SIP Muscat to a jug and use a wooden spoon to mix. 
  2. After a minute of muddling, add ice, cinnamon sticks and shiraz. Garnish with orange.

 

Makes 1 jug. 

 

 

 

THE COOLER

Ingredients 

30ml HIP SIP Muscat

Large ice blocks 

1 lime

Tonic water

 

Method

  1. Put ice in a tumbler glass and pour in HIP SIP Muscat, squeeze in a lime slice then fill with tonic water. 
  2. Mix together with a straw and garnish with lime wedges. 

 


HIP SIP TAWNY COCKTAIL RECIPES

 

HIP FIX

Ingredients

60ml HIP SIP Tawny

Crushed ice 

Wedge of orange

Orange twist 

 

Method

  1. Grab a large wine glass and fill it with crushed ice. Pour in HIP SIP Tawny. 
  2. Squeeze and drop in the orange wedge. Garnish with an orange twist. 

 

 

SIP SPRITZ

Ingredients

45ml HIP SIP Tawny

60ml prosecco

60ml lemonade  

15ml pomegranate & lime syrup

2 chopped strawberries

1 lemon slice 

2 orange slices 

1 mint sprig 

 

Method

  1. Grab a large wine glass and fill it with ice and the fruit. Leaving the prosecco until last, pour all the ingredients directly in and give it a stir. 
  2. Finish it off with a sprig of mint.  

 

 

PORTSIDE

Ingredients

30ml HIP SIP Tawny

30ml gin

3 dashes of Orange Bitters

5ml Maraschino Cherry Liqueur 

Lemon twist 

 

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into your favourite martini glass.   
  2. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
