While the turreted, late 1800s All Saints Estate winery might suggest whole beasts turning slowly over coals, the restaurant is a much more modern affair. The menu is studded with dishes both pretty and full of finessed, well balanced flavours, such as spanner crab-stuffed ravioli in a crayfish bisque; slow cooked lamb teamed with baby artichokes; or ricotta doughnuts served with rhubarb fool and an orange cardamom ice-cream. On sunny days, the clear plastic walls of the almost al fresco dining room are rolled up to maximise views of gardens and distant vines.
