Set on the banks of the Murray River, St Leonards Vineyard is home to one of Australia's oldest winery's and most tranquil locations. Established in 1860, it oozes old world charm and romantic country ambience making it the perfect setting for your wedding day. Adding to the magic of the location are the immacutely restored historic buildings, estate vineyards and the national park that frames the area.  Every detail of your wedding day will be managed by our highly experienced Wedding and Events team led by Simon Arkless, Head Chef at Terrace Restaurant.  

A choice of stunning spaces awaits you at St Leonards Vineyard that can cater for a small private celebration to a large extravagant party. 


Wedding Ceremony Venues

Harold's Room

Harold's Room is the main room adjacent to Cellar Door, named after Harold Cofield who holds a significant place in the story of St Leonards Vineyard. With uninterrupted views out to the sweeping lawns and vineyards, this intimate space accommodates from 20 - 80 guests.

Under the Gumtree

A beautiful 100 year old gumtree sways above lush green grass and vineyards. Situated close to cellar door this iconic setting for your wedding ceremony accommodates from 20 - 200 guests. 

The Band Stand 

Overlooking the large vineyard block of Cabernet Franc and natural Murray River lagoon, its slightly elevated position ensures the perfect height for your ceremony, ensuring no one misses a moment.

Wedding Reception Venues

Harold's Room

Harold Cofield held a special place in the history of St Leonards and this room, named in his honour, provides intimacy and warmth for an memorable ceremony. Harold's Room accommodates 20 - 80 guests

The Barrel Hall

The original Barrel Hall is lined with barriques and housed under an open 'barn style' roof with original beams that add rustic warmth to the setting. There is plenty of room for dinner and dancing and large open doors provide views across lush green grass and rolling vineyards to the Murray River beyond. Accommodating from 50 to 150 guests, this is a stunning setting for your wedding reception 


Wedding Ceremony

Allow us to help you plan for the most important part of your day; saying your vows on our beautiful property. Our Wedding Ceremony fee includes;

  • Red carpet
  • 40 white chairs 
  • Signage to direct your guests to the correct location
  • Your choice of a well presented garden space for your wedding ceremony
  • Dedicated Event Coordinator to assist with the smooth running of the ceremony
  • Wine barrel as your signing table 

Wedding Reception

A stylish and impressive menu designed using locally sourced produce. Our five hour Wedding Package is completed with our premium wines and drinks range. View our sample Wedding Menu

A venue hire fee applies in addition to the food and beverage package and is inclusive of:

  • Personalised wedding menus
  • All table settings and glassware
  • Round tables seating up to 10 people and a long banquet table for the bridal table
  • Upholstered chairs, chair covers and sashes
  • White or Black linen cloths and napkins
  • Full table service for sit down dining packages
  • Service of the wedding cake with tea and coffee
  • Menu advice and wine tasting advice
  • Cake table, knife and gift table
  • Dance floor (unless specialty floor is required)
  • Easel and board for seating plan
  • Bridal room for the bridal party to use throughout the night
  • Tea light candles for the wine barrels
  • Dedicated wedding coordinator
  • Stage for the band (at All Saints Estate)
  • Onsite parking
  • PA system and microphone with iPod compatibility
  • Complimentary use of the gardens and grounds for your bridal photos
