A hidden gem in the Rutherglen Wine Region
Located only a short drive from our sister winery, All Saints Estate, St Leonards Vineyard is a hidden gem in the Rutherglen Wine Region. Although less than 3 kilometers down the road, St Leonards Vineyard is a world away by way of its relaxed ambiance and proximity to nature. You'll find majestic 100 year old gum trees, a natural lagoon in the Murray River that is home to diverse wildlife and flora as well as extraordinary tales behind St Leonards history.
The St Leonards Vineyard Cellar Door is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm. Our range of aromatic wines showcases a modern take on classic Rutherglen varieties. Walk in and explore the whole range during a tasting - bookings are not required.
Joining us with a group? Groups of 8+ will be hosted over a private, sit-down tasting ($25pp). Email us at [email protected] to book ahead so we can best cater to your party.
The first Saturday of every month marks Music on the Murray. From 12pm, locals and visitors alike join us on the lawn outside the cellar door for an afternoon of live music. Sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with friends and family.
Admission is free, but if you would like to have lunch at St Leonards Kitchen, bookings are required.
With arguably the best views in the Rutherglen Wine Region, St Leonards Vineyard Kitchen has undergone several guises but today is known for its rustic simplicity and focus on creating menus around seasonal ingredients.
The views across the vineyard to the Murray River, the peace and quiet as well as the sheer sense of its enchanted space contributes to this truly hidden gem.Â
